Berlin Wall In Los Angeles by makepictures Berlin Wall In Los Angeles by makepictures
You can read about the Berlin Wall here: [link]

If you are of a certain age and from a certain population, this photograph has an element of the surreal (placing the Berlin Wall segments in the middle of distant Los Angeles) as well as the political (placing Latino children into a scene twenty-two tears from the wall coming down in Berlin and just a few years after a very similar wall went up in San Diego and on the West Bank).

If not, it's a just a record of the sometimes disconnected visual cacophony that can be Los Angeles. The location is in front of an office building opposite the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Wilshire Boulevard.

Wow that's pretty cool,
I can't believe that 's in LA.
Do they have pieces anywhere else in the country.
The other one you did was pretty cool too but
this one has a lot more information .
I'll  have to go see what else you got . Thanks. :) (Smile)

Do you know how to put a thumbnail in your artist description when you submit the deviation? There are a few ways to do it.  This is easy. Go to the original, pull the code for the thumbnail, put the code in the description box and then it will pop up there when you publish your deviation.  The thumb link is under "Details" on every deviation page.

You could say in the description something like this in your own words: 'Makepictures did the original and said he would like me to work with his photographs"
