Sign for the El Capitan theater on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. Not colorized - - shot at dusk against an overcast sky.
This theater was completely restored by the Walt Disney Company about 20 years ago and now hosts all of the grand premiers of Disney and Pixar film releases. It also has an original 1929 Giant Wurlitzer gas powered theater organ with multiple pedal controlled side instruments, one of the very few of its kind in the country.
