Josh, today must be a special day for you. You, as the capo di capi of DA, present us one of the founders of this platform.
I will try to read this picutre.

The occasion of this shot is obvious, as the label of DA is in the very middle of your capture - the balloons tell the viewer: hey, there must be some kind of anniversary.

You know me for my obsession for composition - seeing this shot, I simply did not have any other choice but to write a critique.
Your composition contains basicly three layers - Angelo and Bentley, the door case and the background.

Angelo and Bentley (your dog?) are nicely framed by the door case. Their position flanks the DA logo.
The dog is cute, but hey - let us be honest - it´s all about Angelo hiding behind the bunch of balloons.

There´s something wrong. Angelo is in the 30ies, I guess, but he´dressed like 12 year old boy, wearing shorts and flipflops, leaning against his scooter. He must be a tall guy, with the scooter he is as tall as the door case - another indication, that after 11 years of DA business he finally outgrew his role as spyed.
His face is covered by the shadow of his cap and his facial expression is serious - he looks tired.
Is this someone who does not want to grow up, like most of us?
Or is this a special DA outfit, Angelo wears instead of his daily Armani suit just for such occasions? Your picture does not answer such questions.

Bentley is slightly leaning to the right, as if he wanted to say: "Common, let´s go - let Josh finally take that shot and go. Didn´t you see the exit sign above my head?"
